Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original festive packaging, ensuring all ornaments, lights, or textiles are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
